CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT
1 Case FIR No. 199/15 dated 20/12/15 U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Samsher Chand S/O Sh. Parakram Chand R/O Dharun PO Jalperhar Tehsil Jogiondernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is a driver with HRTC Bus (HP53A-1789) . On 20/12/15 he was on the route from Jogindernagar to Daghon and when he reached at Ner Majarnu alongwith said Bus , in the mean time Pankaj Bharti S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal VPO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar started to manhandling with him and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 310/15 dated 20/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Khoob Ram R/O Samahal PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/12/15 Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Gorkh Singh R/O Bada Samahal PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) and obstructed her way and beat her up . HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 142/15 dated 20/12/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Ram S/O Sh. Gujjar Ram R/O Plahota PO Syanji Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/12/15 he alongwith his friend namely Daya Ram were going by Motor Cycle(HP31-8054) and when they reached near Govt. Sr. Sec. School Mahadev, in the mean time an Auto ( Four wheeler) came rashly and hit to them and ran away from the spot and they both sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
4 Case FIR No. 354/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 21/12 /15 he was on patrolling alongwith alongwith other police officials at Ratti Bazar and during the course of patrolling he found that a Jeep (HP65-3007) was parked wrongly on the road by Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Stohal PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic . ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
5 Case FIR No. 133/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Man Bhadur S/O Sh. Dhan Bhadur R/O Rakshbara PO Thulabishi Tehsil Khalanga Distt. Pauthan Anchal Ratti ( Nepal) at present laborer at Thalout Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/09/15 at about 7PM he alongwith Prem Budha S/O Sh. Chander Singh Budha R/O No. 5 PO Kusama Bazzar Tehsil Guleria Distt. Badria Anchal (Nepal) were coming back to their tent after closing the work and when they reached at about 500 far from Thalout Bazzar, then a Bus came from Mandi side & a Truck came from Kullu side and while they were crossing to each other , in the mean time truck hit to Prem Budha and ran away from the spot and said Prem Budha died at Zonal Hospital Mandi . SI Pritam Singh Addl. SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
6 119 Vehicles were challaned under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 17,100/- was recovered and 6 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/ was recovered during last 24 hours.
