CASE OF HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 308/15 dated 17/12/2015 U/S 325,323 IPC Has been registered at PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O  Lt. Sh. Inder Singh Village Behad, PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/2015  he was present near his house at that time Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Nand Lal Village Behad PO & Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries.HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 342/15 dated 17/12/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Village Badsu Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/2015 at about 9:30 AM,  he was working in  his field near his house at that time Bansi Ram and his wife came there and  beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 343/15 dated 17/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh, by SI Kuldeep Chand that on 17/12/15 at about 05:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dadour and during the course of patrolling  he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Gurdass S/O Sh. Sihnu Ram R/O Village Dadour, PO Dhaban, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 344/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh, by ASI Jagdish Chand that on 18/12/15 at about 11:50 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling  he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Harender Singhh S/O Sh. Ram Pal R/O VPO Kandi Salempur, UP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

5.      Case FIR No. 196/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 120B, 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar, on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Vill. Dalhu, PO Dogah, Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mohammad Sajid S/O Sh. Nmaskin Ali R/O Vill. Dugrain, PO Kanaid, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi cheated him by give  a fake cheque worth Rs.  2,00000/-. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6.      164 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 44100/- was recovered and 07 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 01 Challans was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
