CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

  1        Case FIR No. 294/15 dated  03/12/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act   has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Inder Singh  No. 07   I.O. of Police Post  Mandi  that on 02/12/15   he laid a nakka  along with other police officials at  Jawahar  Nagar  and during the course of  nakkabandi he recovered  710 Grams Charas  ( Cannabis)  from the possession   of Khem  Chand  S/O Sh. Atma Ram  R/O  Ghatmuath PO  Panjai Tehsil   Bali Chowki  Distt.  Mandi (HP) age 27 years old .  HC  Inder Singh  No. 07  I.O. of PP  City  Mandi is  investigating the case.  

 

CASE   OF NDPS ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 295/15 dated 03/12/15 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI Anand  Kishore   I.O. of P.S. Sadar that today   he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  near  Munish  Resort  and during the course  of  nakkabandi he  recovered 1  KG  Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Chuni  Lal S/O Sh. Dayak Ram R/O  Lagadayna PO  Panjai Tehsil  Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Anand Kishor  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No. 323/15 dated 02/12/15 U/S  451, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhim  Singh  R/O Gehri PO Badsu Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  24/11/15  Mohni Rana  resident of  the same locality  came alongwith her son  and entered in his home , beat him up and also threatened  him  with dire consequences.  HC  Dharamender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 131/15 dated 03/12/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Tek  Singh  S/O Sh. Lal  Dass R/O  Khun PO  Khun Tehsil   Anni  Distt. Kullu   (HP) that  today  he was  travelling   by  HRTC  Bus(HP66A-1344)  which was driven by  Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh. Shiv  Pal VPO Jahmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  with rashly and when they reached near  Bhurah bridge, in the  mean time   driver of said bus lost the control on the  said bus and  bus  struck  with   hill  alongside the  road  and  passengers  who were boarded on  said bus sustained injuries. SI  Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.  

 

CHALLANS

5         154 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,800 /- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
