CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 185/15  dated 12/12/15  U/s 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Indra W/O Sh. Moti Ram  R/O  Murhag PO  Shikawari Tehsil  Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  12/12/15  Punam  &  Kubja  Devi resident of the same locality  obstructed her way and  beat  her up  and she sustain  injuries.  ASI Surender  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 186/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S  279, 337, 304(A) , 427   IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar   on the complaint of   Smt. Dhaneshwari Devi  W/O Sh.  Paras   Ram  R/O  Nandhinal PO  Shankardehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on  12/12/15 she was present in her shop  , in the mean time a  Tractor (HP32B-9316)  which was driven by  Kushal S/O Sh.  Amar  Chand  VPO Shankerdehra Tehsil Thunag(HP)  and  Kashi Ram  and Sobha Ram both   S/O  Khimu Ram  R/O  KyoliNala PO  Sanglawara were   also  sitted  on  said  tractor and  driver of  said tractor lost contol  over  it   and hit to her  shop  and  said   tractor   fell down 30  feet downward from the road . In this accident  Kishori  Lal , Sobha  Ram  and  Kushal  sustained injuries and  Kanshi  Ram  S/O Sh.Khimu Ram R/O  Kyoli Nala PO  Sanglawara Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi age  42 years old died on the spot. ASI  Jeet  Singh   I/C  of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No.  193/15  dated  12/12/15 U/S 451,  504, 506, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal  S/O Sh. Moti Ram  R/O Ropru PO  Basona Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 11/12/15  Jagdish  Chand resident of the same locality  entered in his land and  broken the  slab of his home with hamber  and also threatened  him  with  dire consequences.  HC  Mangat Ram  I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol   is investigating the case. 

CASE OF   ROAD   ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 192/15 dated 12/12/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Raghuveer Singh  R/O  Lahla Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP)   that  on  12/12/15  he was  coming  from  Kullu  by New Prem Bus  (HP68-7585)  and when  they reached near Ghatta  in the mean time  driver of  said Bus namely  Shubhash  Chand  S/O Sh. Kishori Lal  R/O  Mashehar PO  Mahal  Tehsil  Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP)  lost  control on the bus and  struck with a  rock  due to which   5 passengers   sustained  minor  injuries.  HC  Desh Raj  I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5          Case  FIR No. 307/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC & U/S  187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Upender Thakur S/O Sh. Budhi Singh  R/O  Jhamed Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  13/12/15   he was  going  towards  Shimla  alongwith  Yog Raj,  Amit and Jitender by  Car(HP65T- 4360)  and when they reached near  Pungh, in the mean  time  a Jeep (HP01M-2038)  came rashly  from opposite side and hit  said  car and ran away from the spot .  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC  SAFETY

 

6         Case   FIR No. 308/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  SI  Vijay Kumar Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 13/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Chatrokhari and during the coure  of patrolling he found that   a optical fiber  was  laid on the road by  Reliance  Jio Infocom Ltd.  which was causing  obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  SI  Vijay  Kumar Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING

7          Case FIR No. 303/15  dated 13/12/15  U/S 420  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the   complaint of   Smt.  Ekata Thakur W/O  Vinit Kumar  R/O  Jadyar PO  Kango-Ka-Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  received  through  Ld- ACJM Sarkaghat  that  on  13/04/14  she  took the admission  in  NCI  Institute of  Animation &  VFX  Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat   for  PGDCA which was  running  by  Harpal Singh  S/O Sh.   Prittam  Singh  Matehari  PO  Nabahi   Teshil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) and she also  paid  Rs.  37000/- thereafter she  contacted  to   Harpal Singh  so  many times  but  he  did  not  responded  to her .  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8          Case FIR No.  167/15 dated 12/12/15 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 12/12/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Karsog Bazar    and during the course of patrolling   he recovered  5 Bottles of  Country  Liquor   from the possession of  Mani Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O  Chalayog PO  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Jhabe  Ram  I.O. of P.S  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HOUSE BREAKING AND HURT

9         Case  FIR No. 133/15 dated 12/12/15  U/S  456, 323, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh  S/O Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O  Dhartatoh  Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he is posted  as chowkidar  in  BBMB Power House Changer .  On  12/12/15  he  was  on duty   and at about 1AM   two unknown  culprits  broke the   G.I. Sheets of  the store of  BBMB Power  House  and  when he obstructed them  both unknown culprits   beat him up and he sustained  injuries .  ASI  Ram  Lal  I.O.  of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is  investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

 10       104  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
