CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 182/15 dated 10/12/2015 U/S 325,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gavardhanu Devi W/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Damahar PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/2015  Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Brij Kumar pelted stones upon her and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF MISCHIEF, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 183/15 dated 11/12/2015 U/S 435,506,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Damodari Devi W/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Bharechi PO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/12/2015 Tule Ram S/O Sh. Khime Ram R/O Bharechi PO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP), his wife Uma Devi and brother Yeshwant brunt her grass, beat up her and her son Jitender Kumar and also threatened them with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

3. Case FIR No. 304/15 dated 11/12/2015 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Man Mohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Cinema Chowk and during the course of patrolling he found that Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Jamna Dass R/O H. No. 125/04 Bhojpur laid a heap of bricks on the road. SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 113/15 dated 10/12/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Surender Kumar Incharge P.P. Kammand that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered four bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O Sh. Mahajan Ram R/O Vill. Segali PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Surender Kumar incharge P.P. Kammand is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 331/15 dated 10/12/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Sarua PO Dasehara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/2015 at about 4.30 PM Nettar Singh beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

6. Case FIR No. 332/15 dated 10/12/2015 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kubja Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Dharwahan Tehsil Balh DIstt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/2015 her son beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 7.     144 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 14,600/-   was  recovered,   7 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 26000 was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
