CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

1. Case FIR No.115/15 Dated 27/12/2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC PS has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Biri Singh S/O Sh. Sankar Dass R/O vill Saloti PO  & Tehsil  Padhar Distt Mandi HP that today at about 6 AM a  pick up (CH01AT-8337) which was driven  by Mahomad Base @ Babu S/O Sh. Mahomad Sahid R/O Sec.56 H.No.3936 Chandigarh turn over the road and driver of above pick-up along with his brother Sh.  Mahomad Rasid Sustain injuries in this accident. ASI Ramesh kumar I/O of PS Padhar is investigating the case.     

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 313/15 dated 27/12/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Todar Mal S/O Sh. Chaitru Ram R/O Bihan Dhar PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/12/2015 Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Bihan Dhar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 245 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 41,900/-   was recovered,  8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act  & fine of Rs.800/- was recovered under  COTPA   and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,000/- was recovered during   last 24 hours.
