CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No.338/15 dated 14/12/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by  SI Ashwani Kumar I/C of  PP Rewalsar that  on 14/12/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Khakhryana and during the course  of  patrolling he   recovered  4 Bottles of   Country Liquor  from the possession of  Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Leeladhar R/O Khakhryana Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Ashwani Kumar  I/C of PP Rewalsar is  investigating the case.

CASE OF   OFFENCE AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT  AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 195/15 dated 14/12/15  U/S  353, 332  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint  of Sh. Sudhir Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand  R/O Bhela PO Ghamira Tehsil Lad-Bharol at present secretary   Gram  Panchyat Maman that  on  14/12/15  he  was on duty   at  Gram Panchyat office   Maman , in the mean time  Ankush Kumar S/O Sh. Hans Raj  R/O  Maman Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP)   came  in the office along with his sister    and   said him  to issue  a marriage  certificate in favor of his sister.  On this  he  gave a form to him  to  fill up  the  relevant  information. On this  he refused to fill up the form   and  beat  him up  and  Anish  Kumar,  Principal of  Amar Bharti Private School    escaped  from  his  clutches  .  HC  Anil  Kumar  No. 412 I.O. of  PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No.  84/15  dated 14/12/15 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of  Sh.  Bidhi Chand   S/O Sh. Goswaun Ram  R/O  Vill.  Bindh P.O.  Sandhol that on  13/12/15   when he was present in his home, in the mean time  Meenu Devi  W/O Sh. Parkash Chand  resident of  the  same locality  entered in  his  courtyard  and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC   Prem Singh  No. 75  I.O. of PP  Sandhol is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4        134   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 14,300/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
