 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 98/13  dated 31/08/13  U/S  279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kaku Ram S/O Sh. Ishru Ram R/O Bhour PO Kanaid Theisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P) that on  30/08/13 at about 7:30 PM  his son, Virender  was going to Kanaid by his Cycle, in the mean  time a  Santro car No. (HP 31-9422) came  from backside and his son  and  he sustained injuries.  ASI  Jagdish Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 225/13   dated 30/08/13  U/S  39 of Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by SI Rattan Chand I/O of SIU that   he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Sanyardhi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 9750 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Devinder Singh S/O Late Sh.  Biri Singh R/O Sanyardhi Tehsil  Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Chand I/O of  SIU is investigating  the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 97/13 dated 30/08/13 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by ASI Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli  that on 30/08/13  he laid a Naka along with  other police officials at Majhakhal and during the course of checking of   a vehicle  he recovered  27000 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Devender Singh S/O  Sh. Baldev Singh R/O Keolinala PO Sangalwada Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P). ASI Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 31/08/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ran S/O Sh. Lagnu R/O Naulkha  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P)   that today at about 9AM  a Scooter  (HP23-1296) came very rashly from Mandi side and    collided with   a Motor Cycle  (HP33C-4087) which was coming from opposite side.  HC Dharam Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 5.        Case FIR No. 193/13 dated 30.08/13 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Phaphi Ram R/O  Hawani PO Chatrokhadi Thesil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  30/08/13  Labh singh, Jaswant singh & Bajeru Devi obstructed hima and beat him up.  SI HansRaj I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investiagitng the case.

6          88  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 8400/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   3 challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 300/- was recovered   during last 24 hours  during last 24 hours.
