CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY
1 Case FIR No. 203/13 dated 17/08/13 U/S 420, 468, 471, 409 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/O Amar Dev R/O Serla Khabu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Sarla Devi W/O Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Khudi PO Kahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that she got the amount Rs. 16,300-/- under Govt. Scheme Indira Gandhi Kutir yojna for the construction of her house but she did not construct that house and misuse the Govt. money. ASI Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case
CHALLAN
2 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9850 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
