CRIME REPORT 20 AUG.

 CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND  SUICIDE

1          Case FIR No. 213/13 dated 19/08/13 U/S 498 (A), 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of  Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Dhanyara PO Saletar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that   her daughter, Gayatri   was   married  with   Tej Singh  S/O Sh.  Paras Ram  S/O Sh.  Puran Chand  R/O Harat PO  Kotli  before  13 years. But her  Brother-in- law ,  Paras Ram  used to torture  her  and  due to  their  torture she committed the suicide on 19/08/13   . SI   Chanchal  Singh I/O of P.S.  Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.  60/13  dated 20/08/13  U/S  341, 323, 324, 504 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Kamlesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ganga Ram R/O  Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 19/08/13  at about  9:30 PM  when he was going  outside from his  home,  his father  Ganga Ram obstructed him and  beat him up and he sustained injuries .  HC Tilak Raj No.  868 I/O of P.S.Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No.  61/13 dated  20/08/13  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Ganga Ram  S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 19/08/13  at about 9PM when he was present in home along with his family, in mean time Kamlesh Kumar  came there and obstructed him and  also beat him up and he sustained injuries .  HC Anil Kumar  I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 4        Case FIR No.  204/13  dated  20/08/13  U/S  289 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Miss Siwani Devi D/O Sh.  Sh. Mohinder Pal R/O Grauru PO Risha Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 19/08/13  when  she was coming back to her house from school , in mean time  a pet  dog of  Sh.  Duni Chand  of same locality , came there and bit her . HC  Inder Inder Singh  No. 7  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5          108 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 16,000 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   8challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 800 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
