CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 207/13 dated 10/08/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Sharwan Singh R/O Shila Kippar PO Duddar Tehsil District Mandi (HP) on 10/08/13 a truck (HP32-1520) came very rashly and negligently from Pandoh side and due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said truck it fell down on the house of Late Sh. Jai Singh and driver of said truck sped away from the spot. HC Yesh Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 10/08/13 U/S 354A,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a lady resident vill.  Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/08/13 Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) made a call in her mobile and used obscene language. On 10/08/13 she asked him in the presence of Rajender Kumar and Krishna Devi about the incident. On this he slapped her and also used unparliamentarily language. SI (Prob.) Amrik Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 58/13 dated 10/08/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. MAdni (HP) that on 10/08/13 Sonu and Deepu came on the bike and Deepu beat him up with iron rod and he sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

 

4. Case FIR No. 121/13 dated 10/08/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Satpal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 10/08/13 he was on patrolling at Tikkru along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6000 ML country liquor from the possession of Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O VPO Tikkru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Satpal is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

 

5. Case FIR No. 122/13 dated 11/08/13 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Pritam Chand R/O VPO Mohanghatti Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/08/13 Dhani Ram caught her husband and bite him from his tongue and he sustained injuries. ASI Thakaru Ram is investigating the case.

6.      101 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
