CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S 447, 448, 451, 453, 380, 120(B), 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  on the  receipt of complaint U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C.  and on the   complaint of Sh. R.P. Dhiman  S/O Sh.  Krishan Dass R/O Dhanotu PO Mahadev   Distt. Mandi   that on 6/08/13  at about  6AM    Panchyat  members of G.P. Mahadev    entered in his shop by breaking the lock of the  shop at Dhanotu and   threw   the parts of  JCB  along with other articles. Total value of the   Property is Rs. 7,00,000-/- ASI Trilok  Chand  I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2          Case FIR No. 180/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Isharia Ram S/O Sh.  Tulsi Ram R/O Shaut PO Serikothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 13/08/13  at about 6:30 PM  when he was coming to Nihari and reached near  Shaut, in mean time Roop Singh, Binder Singh, Ved Raj and Lok Raj obstructed his way and beat him .  ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. Slapper  is investigating the case.

.CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3            Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S 323, 504, 506, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Gita Ram  S/O Sh.  Brestu Ram R/o Purana Katuala PO Katuala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  when he was going to his home ,in mean time  Sainu, Thakru, Mani Ram, Meena Devi, Tulgo Devi,  Chet Ram and  Neelu  came there and  beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence.  HC Chaman Lal No.  867 I/O of P.S.  Padhar is investiagitng the case .

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 182/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S  147, 149, 451, 504, 506, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Mahinder  Dev S/O Sh. Salig Ram R/O Shaut PO Serikothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 13/08/13 at about 6PM  Narpat Ram , Kamli Devi, Ishria Ram, Dharam Dass and Meena  damaged his house's boundary wall and entered in the courtyard of his house  and also tried to break  the door of his house  and threatened with dire consequences.  HC Tek Chand  No. 902 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investiagitng the case

5          42 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 7600 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered    during last 24 hours.
