CASE OF CRIMIANL  TRESPASS    AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

 

1        Case FIR No. 221/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S 447, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Thakur Singh Verma S/O Sh. Bhikam Ram R/O House No. 129/3 Palace Colony Mandi(HP) that  on 6/08/13 Geyaharu Ram entered in his land Khasra No. 2962/1823 & 2962/1823/2 and put  some steel sheets in his land  and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I/O of PP City Mandi is investiagitng the case.

 

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 206/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Tamled PO Bahanu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 25/08/13  at about 4:45AM when he  he was present in his courtyard, in man time  Hem Raj S/O ParmaRam  resident of same loacality came there along with his wife, Neeta Devi & Daughter  Neera Devi  and beat him up  and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3          Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S 379IPC   has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Guman Singh R/O Vill. Panpali Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra presently Sub- helper at Co-operative Bank  Lad-Bharol that   during the intervening night of 25-26/08/13  some   unknown culprits stole away his Moter/Cycle No. (HP37B-7968) which   was parked by him  near Co-operative Bank . Total value of the stolen property is Rs. 49000-/- HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I/O of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case .

CASE OF HURT

4          Case FIR No. 69/13  dated 27/08/13 U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the compladint of  SH. Subhash Kumar  S/O Sh. Narotam Singh R/O Nallon PO Balichowki Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 19/08/13  at about 9PM when he was working inAuthorised wine shop at Balichowki, in mean time  Dalip S/O Sh.  Saharu Ram R/O Dari PO BaliChowki & Raju S/O Sh. Gudu R/O Fagwah PO Manglore Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu came there and beat him up.  HC Narpat Ram No. 16  I/O of PP Balichowki is investigitng the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

5    Case FIR  No. 223/13 dated 27/08/13 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jeevan Lal S/O Sh.  Fagnu Ram R/O Sojha PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 16/08/13  he had gone to Rewalsar for treatment, in mean time he received a  telephonic information   that  his daughter has kidnapped by a person namely Raju  . SI Bhim Sain I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case

6          109  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 18,700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   7challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 700 -/- was recovered  and 16 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs 4600-/- was recovered during last 24 hours  during last 24 hours.
