CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 178/13 dated 11/08/13 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand VPO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present salesman in wine shop at Kayan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) Vipin Singh and Vijay @ Biju entered in his shop and beat him up and also broke 7 bottles of wine and 7 bottles of bear. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 12/08/13 U/S 39 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Karam Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sanda and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of Rajender Singh S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Sanda PO Uttpur Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Karam Singh Incharge Police Post Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 120/13 dated 11/08/13 U/S 39 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nihri  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9500 ML country liquor from the possession of Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Ishwar Dass R/O Vill. Fegal Poand Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Chaudhary is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 121/13 dated 12/08/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nihri  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 45 boxes (40500 ML) of country liquor. SI Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.     54 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
