CASE   OF  (PREVENTION OF  DAMAGE TO  PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT)

1          Case FIR No. 127/13 dated 18/08/13 U/S  3 of P.D.P .Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Lokesh Sharma R/O Kao Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi(HP)   that  during the intervening  night  of  16-17/08/13  some unknown culprits  damaged the  canteen    of  Karsog collage. ASI Shashi Kumar  I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2          Case FIR No. 93/13 dated 18/08/13  U/S  457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Nand Lal  S/O Sh.  Lacchu Ram R/O Sandhoa PO Shalla Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  during the intervening night of  16-17/08/13  some unknown culprits stole away the  mobile phones along  with batteries    by breaking the  shutter of his shop .  Total value   of the stolen property is Rs. 27,850-/-.  SI Naveen  Jhalta SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT  

3          Case FIR No.  211/13 dated 18/08/13  U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gaurav Thakur S/O SH. Bhim Singh R/O House No.  238/5 Sain Muhalla Mandi (H.P.)  that on  18/08/13  at about  6PM Sambal Rishi came along with his friends and obstructed his way and  beat him up.  ASI Naresh Chand  I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No.  212/13 dated 19/08/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Meera W/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O House No.  26 Near Marina Hotel Manali Distt. Kullu  that on  today  when she was going   to Sujanpur  in Texi Alto No. ( HP01K-2903)  and at about  7:45 AM  when reached near  Pandoh  Bazar, in mean  time  Tanker No. ( HR 45A-5230) came rashly  towards  Mandi  side and  hit  Texi Alto Car  and she  sustained injuries alongwith taxi driver .This incident occurred due to rash and negligent  driving   of  Tankar's  driver .  HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I/O of I/O of High Way Patrol Sadar  is investiagitng the case.

 CASE OF THEFT 

5          Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 19/08/13  U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony on the complaint of  Sh.   Hem  Singh S/O Sh.  Lal  Singh  R/O  Bnani PO Movidevi Galu Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(HP) that he is  working  as a  Line Man of Telephone Exchange  Jai Devi and during the intervening night of  15-16/08/13  some unknown culprits stole away  150 Mtr.  Cable wire  from JatNala. ASI   Rajender Thakur  I/O P.S. BSL  Colony is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6          54  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 9400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act  during last 24 hours.
