CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 189/13 dated 17/08/13 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rajeshwari Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Vill. Bairi PO Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Rajender Kumar during the year 1994 and after her marriage her husband used to beat her. On 16/08/13 her husband beat her up brutally and she sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 16/08/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kishan Chand S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Vill. Kashana PO Aut Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/08/13 he was traveling along with his friend Bibhishan by a van (HP34A-3386) and when they reached at Lajuni, driver of said van lost control over it and all occupants of said van sustained injuries.  ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 16/08/13 U/S 341,324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Dashu Ram R/O Vill. Shopa PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/08/13 he was going to his home on the way Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Meena Ram along with his other associate obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

4.      67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
