CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 192/13 dated 30/08/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Parwati Devi W/O Sh. Desh Raj VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Devinder Kumar and Bimla Devi W/O Devinder Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 197/13 dated 30/08/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Panyali PO Khakhryana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 29-30/08/13 some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 60,000/- from his shop. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 81 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
