CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES,

1          Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 28/08/13  U/S  498(A), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  on the complaint  of  Smt. Manchali Devi W/O Sh. Anil Kumar  R/O Drang PO Drang Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on  26/08/13  her husband and mother-in-law  harassed her physically and mently and she went to her father's house .On 27/08/13 when she returned back to  her house  they again started to harass her  Physically and mently. SI Vinod Thakur  I/O of PS  Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 196/13 dated 28/08/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Sh. Chering Dorje S/O Sh. Chering minjoor VPO Chango Tehsil Hungrag Distt. Kinnour that   on 27/08/13  at about 3PM he parked his  Car No. (HP41A-0207) on  27/08/13 at Trambli near road, in  the mean time  a Tata Sumo No. (HP01K-1763) which was driven by  Kishan Chand S/O Sh. Chaman Ram R/O Serla Khabu, came rashly from  Kalkhar side and  hit his Car. HC Malkiyat Singh I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3          Case FIR No. 207/13 dated 28/08/13 U/S 324, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  SH. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh.  Ajeet Singh R/O  Navrot PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 27/08/13 at about  9:30 Pm when he was coming from Dhalwan, in the mean time  Jiwan and Rama came there  and  beat him up. HC Chaman Lal  I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT AND CRIMIANL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 208/13 dated 28/08/13  U/S  451,  323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the  complaint of  Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O  Late Sh.  Bhagi Rath  R/O Dhalera Tehsil Sandhol  Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 28/08/13  at about 6 AM when he was present in his home, in the  mean time Sabnam  came along with her husband   and entered in his courtyard and  beat him up.  ASI Bidhi Chand I/C of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CHEATING

5          Case FIR No. 190/13 dated 28/08/13  U/S 420 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Durga Bhadur  presently Astt.  Commandant  50^th Bn BSF Tulsipur (UP) that  Jantru Ram S/O Churi Ram R/O Sikawari PO Kaloud   Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) serving as a Head Constable  in BSF at border  area.  In year 2005 he took the loan from SBI Sundernagar for the construction of his house at Dharnada and returned  well in time . Year 2008his brother namely  Chet Ram  also took the loan of Rs 5 Lac. for the construction of house on same place by fraudly and did not returned back .  ASI Shiv Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

6          100  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 11,700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   3challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 300 -/- was recovered  and 11 challans were issued under Mining during last 24 hours  during last 24 hours.
