CASAE OF EXCISE ACT

1.       Case FIR No.177/13 dated 08/08/13 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  SI Rattan Singh  that on 08/08/13 at about 6PM when he was on patrolling along with other  police officials at Lag  then during the course of patrolling he recovered 1250 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Beli Ram  S/O SH. Budhi Singh  R/O Lag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) from his tea-stall. SI Rattan  Singh I/O  of SIU Mandi is investigating the case

 

.CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

2          Case FIR No. 186/13 dated 08/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Surrender Pal S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Bagla PO Badsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 08/08/13 at about 4PM   when he was present at home, in mean time his father   came along with his step- mother  and beat him. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3          Case FIR No. 187/13 dated 08/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered  in PS Balh on the   complaint of Sh. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Bagla PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 08/08/13 at about 4PM  she was beaten by SurrenderPal and his wife . ASI  Shamsher Singh I/O of  P.S. Balh is investigating

4        95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
