CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 193/13 dated 25/08/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by ASI Susil Kumar  I/C PP Rewalsar  that on 25/08/13  at about 12:30 AM  he laid a Naka   at  Ghaur along with  other  police officials  then during the  course of checking of  Scooty No.( HP33C-2338 ) and  he recovered  1200 ML English wine  and 18,750 ML Country Liquor   from the possession of  Sushil  Kumar S/O Sh. Dile Ram  R/O Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Sushil Kumar  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 194/13 dated 25/08/13  U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Mohan  Singh S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O Bhaut PO Sidhyani  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 25/08/13  at about 10 AM when he was working near his cowshed , in mean time Khimmi Devi W/O Sh. Vidya Sagar  came there   and obstructed him and beat him up  and he sustained injuries . HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 95/13 dated 25/08/13 U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Het Ram  R/O Brohani PO Kelodhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt.  Mandi(H.P.)  that on 22/08/13  at about 8 PM  when he was going to his house ,in mean time  Pushap Raj , Rohit and Lal Singh  came there in a car and  obstructed him and  beat him up.  ASI Subhash Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investiagitng the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 24/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shiv  Kumar  S/O Sh. Ravi Prakesh R/O VPO Kunnu  Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 24/08/13  at about 3:10 PM  when he was waiting for the bus  at Drang , in mean time  two boys came there and obstructed him and also beat him up.  HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I/O of PS  Padhar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR No. 220/13 dated 25/08/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered  in P.S Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Sant Ram  S/O Sh.  Karam Singh  R/O House No. 36/11 Thanehara Muhalla Tehsil sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P) that on 25/08/13  when he  along with  S. Bhupender Kapoor was   going on Scooter No. (HP07-6441) and reached  near Bradhi Bir, in mean time  Mahindra jeep  came  from behind  and hit his scooter  from back side  and.   This incident occurred due to rash and negligent   driving of  Jeep driver. HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 I/O of   HighWay Sadar is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

6        80  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs.  17,600 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   2challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 200 -/- was recovered and 5 challans were issued under Mining Act    during last 24 hours
