1 Case FIR No. 115/13 dated 2/08/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chunni Lal S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Salera P.O. Kurati Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 13/07/13 he was beaten by Khem Chand resident of same locality on the issue of flow of water . ASI Iswari Prasasd I/C of P.P. Bassi is investiagitng the case.
CASE OF ODBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT
2 Case FIR No. 112/13 dated 2/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Shanni Aditiya S/O Sh. Prem Singh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 1/08/13 at about 8:15 PM When he was present in C.H. Karsog complex, in mean time Thakur Sen came along with Mahesh and Arun and obstructed his way and beaten him. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 192/13 dated 1/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O R/o Tatoli P.O. Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaght Distt Mandi (H.P.) that on 1/08/13 at about 3:30 PM Munish Kumar and Sonu Ram obstructed his way and beat him and also abused him . HC Sarwan kumar No. 917 I/O P.P. Dharampur is investiagitng the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 193/13 dated 1/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Subhas Chand R/O Tatoli P.O. Sidhpur Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 1/08/13 at about 3:30 PM Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Khem Chand obstructed his way and beat him . HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/o of P.P. Dharmapur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9000 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300 -/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
