CASE OF OBSTRUCTINGV WAY, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No. 56/13 dated 02/08/13 U/S 341,353,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Prabh S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Bamladh PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted as JCB operator in HPPWD Department and on 02/08/13 he was on duty along with other officials of PWD department at Padhar Bazaar, in the mean time Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O VPO Padhar obstructed him to discharge his lawful duty and also pelted stones on him. HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HOUSE BREAKING
- Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 03/08/.13 U/S 456 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kashmiri Lal Gupta S/O Sh. Bal Chand Gupta R/O Rai Niwas Khariri PO Purana Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that last night some unknown culprits entered in the house of his brother and they searched out the house but nothing stole away. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
- Case FIR No. 115/13 dated 02/08/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaihnt f Sh. Chunni Lal S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Salera PO Kurati Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his uncle Khem Chand beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Ram I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 116/13 dated 02/08/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Uttam Chant I.O. of SIU Mandi that he recovered 19500 ML country liquor from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Ghepa Ram R/O Vill. Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Uttam Chand I.O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 76 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
