CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
1 Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 05/08/13 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh. Luharu Ram R/O Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 05/08/13 at about 5:30 PM when she was sitting in her shop at Kot , in mean time Masantu Ram , Indra Devi and Gangi Devi entered in the courtyard of her shop and beat her up. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT.
2 Case FIR No. 203/13 dated 05/08/13 U/S 39 of Exercise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by SI Rattan Chand that on 05/08/13 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nasloh, then during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML (Indian made foreign liquor) IMFL from the possession of Roop Lal S/O Sh. Musat Ram R/O Nasloh from his store . SI Rattan Chand I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
3 Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 6/08/13 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Puspa Devi W/O Sh. Gita n Nand R/O Bhatwari PO Kotkhamard Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 02/08/13 at about 12PM when she was going to gazing the cattle, in mean time Surju Devi, Savartari Devi , Tari Devi ,Puran , Mamta and Krishan Chand beaten her. ASI Chaman Lal I/O of P.S. Aut is investiagitng the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 05/08/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kishore S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O House No. 313/03 Jail Road Mandi (H.P.) that on 05/08/13 at about 05:45 PM when he was standing near Renault Agency Gutkar, in mean time a Motor/Cycle came rashly from Nerchowk side and lost the control upon the Moter Cycle and fell down on the road . HC kamal kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigiatng the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 175/13 dated 05/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Alsu PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 05/08/13 at about 6:45 PM when she along with her son was working at Alsu , in mean time Sheela Devi came there and obstructed her and beat her . HC Chaman Lal I/O of P.P. Dehar is investigation the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
6 Case FIR No. 176/13 dated 06/08/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O House No. 116/4 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) presently SMS in the office of the HDO Horticulture Sundernagar that on 05/08/13 that in the intervening night of 5/6-08-13 some unknown culprits stole away the computer along with accessories by breaking the lock of the door . Insp. Jagdish Chand SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 84 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,600 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
