Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/13 Padma Devi W/O Sh. Khem Chand obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 22/08/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Pdhar on the complaint Smt. Phula Devi W/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Vill. Badhwahan PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/13 Manthra Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 128/13 dated 21/08/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Padam Singh S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Fagal PO Prassi Sub Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/13 at Jhongi a maruti van (HP31-2966) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by Hem Raj S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Ranghar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Bhal Chand I.O. of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
4. Case FIR No. 186/13 dated 22/08/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Padma Devi JBT GPS Bhadhana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 08.30 AM she found that lock of the kitchen was broken by some unknown culprits and on checking she found that a pressure cooker and LPG cylinder were stolen away by some unknown culprits. HC Tara Chand No. 860 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 66 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
