CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY,

1.      Case FIR No. 209/13 dated 15/08/13 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of SDM Sadar Mandi that Bittu S/O Sh. Kala Ram R/O VPO Saigalu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) produced a fake licence in his office which was not issued from his office. SI Chet Singh Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 210/13 dated 15/08/13 U/S 451,323,341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hariya Ram S/O Sh. Kanhu Ram R/O VPO Padhiyun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/08/13 Gulab Singh, his wife and daughter Rina entered in his courtyard and beat him up with iron road. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF

3.      Case FIR No. 184/13 dated 16/08/13 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yog Raj S/O Sh. Bishan Singh R/O VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/13 an alto car (HP33-0786) came from Mandi side and obstructed his truck (HP31C-4647) and in the mean time a Sumo (HP69-2578) also came from Bilaspur side and drivers along with occupants of both vehicles beat him up along with his associate. HC Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 16/08/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Vill. Narod PO Mahogi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt., Mandi (HP) that on 09/07/13 Jaywanti W/O Sh. Om Chand R/O Vill. Narod PO Mahogi Distt. Mandi (HP), Nirmu Devi W/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Saloi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Chand I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

5.      Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 16/08/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Prateep Singh S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Vill. Ragher PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/13 Desh Raj along with his associate obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.      36 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
