CASE OF KIDNAPPING
1 Case FIR No. 179.13 dated 04/08/13 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sheela Devi W/O Sh. Mahinder Singh R/O Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that her husband has been kidnapping by Lalit, Lakki , Bittu and Tikkam since 28/07/13 . Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 181/13 dated 04/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Kasarla P.O. Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 04/08/13 at about 3:30 PM when he was coming back to Sundernagar, in mean time Lalit kumar R/O Karsarla obstructed his way and also beat him . ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 180/13 dated 04/08/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhadar Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Graudu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (H.P.) that on 04/08/13 at about 12:30 PM when he was going to his home along with his wife on M/Cycle No. (HP 33- 7395) and reached near Lakhwan , in mean time a Private bus came from opposite side and his his M/Cycle . HC Naresh Kuamr No. 862 I/O of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 200/13 dated 04/08/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Hatnon P.O. Nagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he was obstructed and beaten by his son kamlu . HC Yeshpal No. 15 I/O of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
5 Case FIR No. 201/13 dated 4/08/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Dass S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Basta PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 14/07/13 he had gone to Pune along with his wife, in connection to meet his son and returned back on 4/08/13 then he found that some unknown culprits stole away golden jewallay and Rs. 5000-/- by breaking the lock of the door. SI Bhim Singh I/C of PP Pando is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 60/13 dated 5/08/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jamil Akharter S/O Late Sh. Hamid Mohd. R/O Takoli PO Panarsa Distt Mandi (H.P.) that on 05/08/13 at about 6AM when he was working in Alsu Auto Center at Takoli , in mean time TATA407 No.( PB-05H 4982) came rashly from Mandi side and collided with Car No. (HP01K-3386) and driver of the car sustained injuries. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 174/13 dated 5/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC & 3 of Anti Ragging Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajit Singh S/O Sh. Tejender Singh R/O Taruwalla PO Paunta Sahib Distt Sirmour presently stundent of Civil Engineering 1st Year Polytechnic Collage Sundernagar that on 31/07/13 at about 11:30 AM when he was going to attend the class , in mean time Utkarrash Chaudhary came there and beat him and also abused him. ASI Ram Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigitng the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8 Case FIR No. 118/13 dated 04/08/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram I/C of PP Ghatta that on 4/08/13 at about 6:15 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 3100 ML country liquor from the possession of Ram Lal S/O Sh. Rulia Ram R/O Bheru PO Ahju Tehsil jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his shop. ASI Thakru Ram I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investiagitng the case.
CHALLAN
9 96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,200 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
