CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 23/08/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Kishor Singh S/O Sh. Pege Singh R/O Bihu PO Bahu Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP) that he was carrying 100 crates of apples by a vehicle (HP34B-362) which was driven by driver Netar Singh S/O Sh. Teja Singh R/O Gadayar PO Banjar Tehsil & Distt. Kullu and when they reached near Aut tunnel, driver of said vehicle lost control over it and fell down from the road and driver Netar Singh died on the spot. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTINVG WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 187/13 dated 22/08/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kashu Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Sohar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Prem Singh S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Sohar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT
- Case FIR No. 205/13 dated 22/08/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ram Nath TGT GMS Kalkhar that during the intervening night of 21-22/08/13 some unknown culprits stole away three cylinders of gas, pressure cooker, mega system and tea set etc. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 19000/-. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 125/13 dated 23/08/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Haru Ram R/O Vill. Garuhi PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 12.15 AM a M/Cycle (HP53-9655) came from Ahju side very rashly and negligently and when reached near SBI at Chauntra Bazaar said M/Cycle fell down on the road and rider Saurav S/O Sh. Marup Durje R/O VPO Chango Distt. Kinnaur (HP) sustained injuries. ASI Govind Paul Incharge Highway patrol is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
- 107 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
