CASE OF CHEATING
1. Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 23/08/13 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. J.M. Ghai , the owner of the Paul Industries Nulakha PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that Kishori Lal S/O Late Sh. Labhu Ram R/O Seri PO Seri Tehsil Rakad Distt. Kangra has sold his bricks and also make the cheating in connection with Labor payment. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case
CHALLAN
2 83 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,850 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400 -/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours
