CADSE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 191/13 dated 20/08/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sonam Ringcheng R/O Ward No. 7 VPO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going to his home, on the way three/four boys obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 214/13 dated 20/08/13 U/S 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh Jamwal, Principal Govt. College Mandi that Ajay Thakur threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF BY FIRE
3. Case FIR No. 215/13 dated 21/08/13 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Asha Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O VPO Chowin Tehsil & PO Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) at present tenant in House No. 90/08 Darmyana Mohalla Mandi (HP) that on 20/08/13 some unknown culprits burnt the house in which She is residing as tenant. SI Chet Singh Incharge Police Post City Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
