CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 69/13 dated 25/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  on the complaint of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Basakhu Ram R/O Harwani PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 25/08/13 at about 7PM  Ramnu Ram S/O Sh.  Tulsi Ram R/O Harwani obstructed her and beat her up. ASI Trilok Chand I/O  of P.S.  BSL Colony  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2         Case FIR No. 195/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by HC Kamal Deep No. 888  that on an telephonic information he had gone  on  spot at Chadi and found that  a Car No. (HP29-0388) had  fell down 100 feet downward from the road , which was driven by driver  Prem Singh  and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Deep No. 888 I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT , MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 427 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Hukkam Ram S/O Sh.  Dayak Ram R/O Shillibaagi Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on  25/08/13 he parked his Vehcile No.(HP49A-0510) at Thunag but Karam Chand Choudhary came there and obstructed him and also  broke the front glass of his Vehicle and beat him up.  ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investiagitng the case .

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4      Case FIR No. 127/13 dated 26/08/13 U/S  498(A), 323, 506, 34 IPC has been    registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Ganga Devi W/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Jon PO Pipali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  she  divulged that  she was  married  with  Balbir Singh S/O Maghu Ram R/O Jon PO Pipali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(HP)  May,2013 . But after the marriage  her husband , Balbir Singh, Moti Ram S/OMaghu Ram, Smt. Barfi Devi W/O Sh. Moti Ram  started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding the dowry .ASI Iswari Parsad I/C PP Bassi is investiagitng the case.

CHALLAN

5        87  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 13,500 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
