CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 13/08/13 U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Narender Rawat presently T.G.T. at Govt. Sr. School Karshimbli Dhar Sub- Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi that on 13/08/13 when he was going to the school and reached near school main gate, in mean time Bihari Lal S/O Sh. Fatah Singh R/O Burji Dhar PO Kathani and Narender Kumar , who is running a Tailor Shop near school came there and obstructed his way and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Subhash Chand I/C of P.P. Bali Chowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 179/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S 451, 341, 504, 506 IPC & 3 of SC/ST Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Chaudu Ram S/o Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Aihan PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.Mandi (H.P) that on 12/08/13 his grant son's namely Kulbir Singh and Ravi Kumar present his home , in mean time Nathu Ram entered in the courtyard of house and threatened them with dire consequence and also used the cast related words.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT
3 Case FIR No. 123/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S 341, 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Jai Ram S/O Sh. Narad R/O Meharan PO Sapnot Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) presently Beldar IPH Department Sub- Division Churag that on 18/03/13 when he was going to distribute the Deptt. Dak , in mean time Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram resident of same locality came there and obstructed his way and beat him. ASI Jhabe Ram I/O of P.S. Karsog is investiagitng the case.
CHALLAN
4 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,300 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours
