CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 124/13 dated 12/08/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/O Late Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Nagdyara PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Panku S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Vill. Speru PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2. Case FIR No. 200/13 dated 13/08/13 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Rania Ram VPO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. MAndi (HP) that on 12/08/13 Meena Kumari threw hot water upon him and also beat him up. ASI Jagdish Chand Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 188/13 dated 13/08/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Guddi Devi W/O Late Sh. Lakhia Ram R/O VPO Goda Gaggal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/08/13 her son Sanjay Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4.      89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
