CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & MOLESTTION

1.     Case FIR No. 113/13 dated 31/07/13 U/S 451,354 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of village Machkehar Tehsil Jogindengar that on 30/07/13 Kalu Ram @ Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Makauli Ram R/O Vill. Talkehar entered in her house and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Thakru Ram,  Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 172/13 dated 01/08/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Vill. Salah PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a truck (HP34B-9619) struck his house and it fell down on the road.   HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 173/13 dated 01/08/13 U/S 279,337,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jalam Ram S/O Sh. Kundan Lal R/O Hawani PO Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going by scooter along with Sh. Dharam Singh towards Sundernagar and when they reached at Dhawali, in the mean time a car (HP24B-3600) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his scooter due to which they both sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 178/13 dated 31/07/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Kishan Chand that on 31/07/13 Pawan Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 199/13 dated 01/08/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/OS h. Hirda Ram VPO Kotli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Balam Ram and is son Hitender Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6.     51 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
