DESTRUCTION OF SUBSTANCES WERE SEIZED UNDER NDPS ACT

1.      District Police Mandi is going to destruct all type of substances  seized under NDPS Act in district on 30/08/13 at 10 AM at P.L. Mandi. All of you are cordially invited to attend the live coverage of above mentioned destruction campaign on scheduled date & time at above mentioned venue.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 70/13 dated 29/08/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand Incharge Police Post Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chalogi, in the mean time a Sentro car (HP34A-0598) came from Balichowki side and during the course of checking of above mentioned vehicle he recovered 1.550 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of Chand Singh S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O Sarandhar PO  & Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP) who was driving said vehicle. ASI Subhash Chand is investigating the case.

 

CASE UNDER FOREST ACT AND THEFT

3.      Case FIR No. 129/13 dated 29/08/13 U/S 41,42 I.F. Act and U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he had laid a nakka along with other police officials at Approach road and during the course of nakka he recovered 30 slippers measuring about 7 feet long each from the possession of Kaltu Ram S/O Sh. Param Dev R/O Vill. Markhani PO Jhatingary Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 224/13 dated 29/08/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vishvender Gupta  H. No. 358/13 that some unknown culprits stole away rear wheels of his car (HP33B-5418) during the intervening night of 28-29/08/13. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 209/13 dated 29/08/13 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Singh S/O Sh. Khem Singh VPO Jamani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/08/13 Santosh Kumar and his father Ram Singh entered in his home and  beat him up. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6.      58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
