CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

1          Case FIR No. 71/13 dated 1/09/13 U/S  147, 149, 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj  S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Dudharani PO Khalwan Distt. Mandi(HP) that  he is a driver of  Taxi No.(HP 01M-1595). On  31/08/13 at about 10PM when he was going  to Mandi in his Taxi   along with passengers and reached near  Sudharani Dhar, in mean time  six persons, namely Hem Raj S/O Leela Nand , Bhushan S/O Suraj mani. Arun S/O Bhoop Singh R/O Sudharani , Shonu R/O Khun, Labh Singh R/O Khanati, Damoder  S/O Chuni R/O Dhar obstructed him and  beat him up. HC Narpat Ram  No. 886 PP Balichowkin is investiagitng the case. 

CASE OF HURT

2          Case FIR No. 130/13 dated 31/08/13  U/S  323, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Shashi Pal S/O Sh. Dinu Ram R/O Lahla Tehsil  Palampur Distt Kangra(HP) he   has a shop of Auto mobile at  Laxmi Bazar Jogindernagar. On  30/08/13  at about 9PM  kamal Sood came there and  beat him up along with his son Luckey.  HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR NO. 131/13  dated 31/08/13  U/S  353, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Jaswant Singh Secratory Gram Panchyat Bag Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 29/08/13 at about 4:15 PM he was  present in the panchyat office at Bag,in mean time  Roshan Lal S/O Sh.  Jonda Ram R/O Ghatt Paroh PO Bag Tehsil Lad-Bharol came there and  tried to snatch the  record of panchyat and also assaulted him  and threatened him with dire consequence. HC Mangat Ram I/O of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case

5          Case FIR No. 199/13  dated 1/09/13 U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of Smt. Kaushalya Devi W/O Sh. Tulse Ram R/O Meramasit Tehsil sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 30/08/13  at about  8PM  she has beaten by her son , Duni Chand  and his wife .    ASI Sushil   I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case .

6          Case FIR No.  201/13 dated 1/09/13  U/S  341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the  complaint of Smt.  Meera Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh  Chand  R/O  Malanu PO Chunachan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that  on 31/08/13 at about 4PM when she was coming to her home from school Nihari and reached near Pali, in mean time  three unknown person  obstructed her way and  beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence .  HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND &  HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

7          Case FIR No. 200/13 dated 01/09/13 U/S 498(A) , 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devi W/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O  Tawan PO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP)  that  she has beaten by her husband  , Roshan Lal in previous night at 10PM. SI Om Raj I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8          Case FIR No. 98/13 dated   1/09/13  U/S 39 of Excise Act has been  registered in P.S. Gohar  by  (Prob). SI Nirmal Singh I/O of PS Gohar that on   the secret information he recovered 18000 ML Country liquor and 5250 ML English Wine from the possession of  Tek Chand S/O Sh. Govardhan Singh R/O Battha PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi(HP) from his shop  situated at  Battha. (Prob). SI Nirmal Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case  .

CASE OF THEFT  

9          Case    FIR No.  132/13 dated 1/09/13 U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of Sh.  Chet Ram  SO Sh. Durga Ram R/O Jaid PO Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(HP) that  during the intervening night of 31-1/09/13  some unknown person stole away  the  one container  of Beroja from the Jaid . SI/SHO Satish Kumar  I/O of P.S. karsog is investigating the case .

 CASE OF HURT AND CRIMIANL INTIMIDATION

10        Case FIR No. 210/13 dated 31/08/13 U/S 323,325,506,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Fatima Bibi W/O Marchu Village Bhadiar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on  29-08-13 Rajia Bibi and Jatra R/O Bhadiar beat her up  and  she sustained injuries.HC Sarwan Kumar I/O of   PP  Dharampur  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY ,HURT AND CRIMIANL INTIMDATION  

11        Case FIR No 211/13 dated 31/08/13 U/S 341,323,356,506,34 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Rajia W/O Jakur Khan Village Bhadiar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat stated that on 29-08-13 Fatma Bibi, Kasli Bibi, Ankaj Khan and Ruajal Khan  all the resident of Bhadiar beat her  up and she  sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar IO of   Dharampur is investigating   the case.

CASE OR ARSON

12        Case FIR No 212/13 dated 01/09/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh Rakesh Kumar Village Nanawa PO Kadsai Tehsil Barsar Distt Hamirpur that on  31/08/13 some unknown culprits  set the fire  on his   Moter Cycle. HC Inder Singh No 07 I/O of   PS Sarkaghat is investigating g the case .

CHALLAN

13        51  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 6200/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours  during last 24 hours.
