CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 18/09/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony  by  ASI  Rajender Thakur  that  on  19/09/13 at about  12:30 PM  when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then during the course of patrolling  he recovered  5000 ML illicit liquor  from the possession of  Ravi  Chand  S/O Sh.  Tikhu Ram R/O Palohata PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  from his house.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 225/13 dated 18/09/13 U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Lekh Raj  S/O  Late Sh.  Inder Singh  R/O Gadeyara PO Brikhmani Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  16/09/13  at about 7PM  when he was present  at  Baggi  Bazar, in mean  time  Ramesh Kumar  came  there and obstructed his way and  beat him up.  (Prob). SI Munesh Raj I/O of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

3        63  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 9700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act  and 1 challan were  issued under Mining  Act during last 24 hours .
