CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 208/13 dated 04/09/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Shali Gram R/O Dulgdhar PO Dasehara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 04/09/13  at about  4PM a Tipper No. (HP65-1937)   fell down downward  from the road when he was giving the pass to HRTC Bus at Galu.  Ramesh Kumar & Ranjeet Singh who were sitting in the Tipper sustained injuries.  HC Malkeet Singh No. 57 I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION  

2          Case FIR No. 209/13 dated 05/09/13 U/S 341, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt. Vimla Devi W/O Late Sh. Naresh Kumar  R/O Samloun PO Khakhryana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that  on  04/09/13  at about 5PM  when  she was going to  her house  from Nerchowk, in mean time Vidya Devi W/O Sh. Chhabiya Ram came there and obstructed  her  and used abusive language . HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

CASE OF ARMS ACT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

3          Case FIR No. 71/13  dated 05/09/13  U/S 336 IPC &  25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the  complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O House No. 401/11 New  Bazar PO Purana Bazar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP)  that on  04/09/13  at about  11:45 PM  when he was present in his  house ,in mean time  one Scorpio No. (HP32B-0099) came there and  and driver of said vehicle parked the  his  vehicle in front of his shop and started to wondering  there for long time when the complainant asked him for wondering  then  driver of said vehicle  shoot the fire from the pistal  upward in  the air  with out  any answering and ran away from the spot  along with vehicle. SI Binnay Minhas SHO of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case

4          Case FIR No.216/ 13 dated 04/09/13 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Atul Thakur S/O Sh. Chandereshwer Thakur Village Latehra PO Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi(HP)  that on 04/09/13 at about 6.15 PM  Sunil Banial &  Bhounta  obstructed him  and beat him up at Kunalag Gali Sarkaghat. HC Inder Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

5          Case FIR No.217/ 13 dated 04/09/13 U/S 341,323,504, IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Nishant Thakur S/O Sh. Kamlesh KumarVillage Kandyol PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 04/09/13 at about 6.15 PM Atul Thakur  obstructed him  and beat him up  at  Kunalag Gali Sarkaghat.HC Inder Singh I/O  of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case .

6          Case FIR No. 218/13 dated  05/09/13 U/S  341,323,34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Roshan Lal S/O Sh Ranjeet Singh Village Laka PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 04/09/13 at about 6.15 PM Atul Thakur  obstructed him  and beat him  up at  Laka . HC Nand Lal No 41 I/O  of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

7          Case FIR No. 219/13 dated 05/09/13  U/S  454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Jot Kiran W/O Sh. Chatur Bhuj R/O Dabrog PO Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(HP)  that on 05/09/13  her husband had  gone  to Nadoun and at about 5PM she went to Sarkaghat  and returned back at 5PM then she found that  some unknown  culprits  stole away the  golden ornaments along with cash by breaking the lock of the door.  ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR No. 228/13 dated 05/09/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sikander S/O SH. Kishan Chand Gujrati presently  tenant House No.128/09 Janchu Noun Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 4/09/13  at about 11:15 PM  Raja Kahia , Sunny and Puri  obstructed him and beat him up. . HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I/O of PP City is investigating the case.

9          87 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 18,300 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   7challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 700 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours  during last 24 hours.
