1 Case FIR No. 100/13 dated 1/09/13 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh. Sutagar Ram R/O Salahar PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 1/09/13 at about 10:30 AM he had gone to Chamunda Mata Mandir along with his wife and when he returned back to home at 6:30 PM then he found that some unknown culprits stole away Golden ornaments along with Lap-top by breaking the lock of the door . SI / SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 202/13 dated 02/09/13 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Leeladhar S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O Banaun PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 01/09/13 at about 7PM Raghubir Singh came along with his family members and entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up. ASI Sushil Guleria I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND CHEATING
3 Case FIR No. 133/13 dated 02/09/13 U/S 379, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amit Sen S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh Sen R/O Drahal Tehsil jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that he had opened the joined account in State Bank of Patiyala at Barmana branch . On 26/06/13 he tired to withdraw Rs. 2000-/- from the Co-operative Bank through ATM at Jogindernagar but the Transaction was not successful and he send the E-mail to Bank also and same day he received a call from phone No. 918867131609 and asked for the complete account detail on the behalf of Customer Care . Complainant gave the complete information on said phone and now complainant came to know that Rs 59126 -/- has been withdrawan from his said bank account . Insp. Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investiagitng the case .
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMIANL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 130/13 dated 2/09/13 U/S 448, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Miss Shanti Devi D/O Sh. Jalam Singh R/O Khalog PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi(HP) that Chet Ram S/O Sh. Bhuteshwar R/O Khalog PO Pangna Distt. Mandi (HP) residing alongwith her in her house unlawfully and also threatened her with dire consequence . ASI Shantiswaroop I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 194/13 dated 2/09/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. DeshRaj S/O Sh. Surjan R/O Sehal PO Jambla Theisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 1/09/13 at about 8:45 PM when he was going to bazaar along with her wife , in mean time Susil, and Santosh Kumar came there and obstructed him and beat him up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I/O of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENCE
6 Case FIR No. 213/13 dated 2/09/13 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jai Parkash S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Hayun PO Nalyara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that during the intervening night of 1/09/13 & 2/09/13 one Jeep No. (HP01M-1107) met with an accident near Bhalmod Curb which was driven by driver Rajesh kumar S/O Sambhu R/O Hayun died on the spot . ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
7 44 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7600/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
