CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING
1 Case FIR No. 134/13 dated 03/09/13 U/S 403, 406, 409, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the application U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C. and on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Jhamehar Tehsil Jogindrnagar Distt. Mandi(HP) that Sh. Jai Dev S/O Late Sh. Laxman resident of same locality had been Pradhan of Gram panchyat Dhar since year 2008 to 2012. During that period he made the fake attendance & entries of different works of Gram Panchyat areas and misappropriation of Govt. money by breach of trust and also delivered huge amount of Govt. money by different Muster Roll by dishonestly. ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 227/13 dated 4/09/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 185 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Labh Singh S/O Sh. Naval Kishore R/O Kotli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 04/09/13 he along with Naval kishore was coming to Mandi on Scooty No. (HP 33C-2686) and when they reached near Purani Mandi , Naval Kishore lost the control upon the scooty due to drunken driving and both of them sustained injuries . (Prob). SI Sanjay Kumar I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
3 67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9400/-was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
