CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 104/13 dated 16/09/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Vill. Sangli PO Rohanda Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/09/13 a car (PB07T-0774) fell down from the road near Latogi and in this incident Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Tara R/O Rakol & Sh Mahinder Kumar died on the spot whereas Sh. Nek & Sh. Khem Ras sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 16/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Vill. Shiva Kuthehar PO Thana Shiva Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/09/13 he along with his son Avan Kumar & Manoj Kumar came from Khayod in the mean time a M/Cycle came from opposite side hit his son Avan Thakur who sustained injuries.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT
3. Case FIR No. 224/13 dated 17/09/13 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Rathol Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/09/13 Thakur Dass entered in his house and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 37 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
