CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 222/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand R/O Chakroh PO Jhangi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. MAndi (HP) that on 06/09/13 Arun Kumar R/O Bhur PO Jhangi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 136/13 dated 06/09/13 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arjun Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Katkal PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Neema Devi D/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Phihar entered in his room and  attacked upon him. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 137/13 dated 06/09/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Miss Neema Devi D/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Phihar PO Basona Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mintu and Shashi beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 210/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Narayan Dass R/O Vill. Gadwahan PO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/13 Khazana Ram and his brother obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 68/13 dated 07/09/13 U/S 451,341,355,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Dharma Sharma W/O Sh. Kewal Krishan Sharma R/O Vill. Sahal PO Kuhnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 06/09/13 Kuldeep Chand obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

6.      89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,500/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
