CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 221/13 dated 15/09/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Pal Singh R/O Chahari PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/13 Prem Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Malkiat Singh No. 57 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 223/13 dated 16/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Daya Devi W/O Sh. Raman Kumar R/O Ward No. 7 Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/09/13 Saristha Rani and Jitender Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 222/13 dated 15/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Besar and Ram Lal R/O Bushair PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/13 car (HP32-1795) met with an accident near Ratti bridge due to rash and negligent driving by Kuldeep. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 201/13 dated 16/09/13 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Narender Lal VPO Jarol Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/09/13 at about 08.45 AM Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Bali Ram VPO Jarol came in his shop and beat him up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 139/13 dated 16/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Karsal Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/13 Amrik Singh, Navjot Singh and Hoshiar Singh were travelling by a M/Cycle (HP29A-1006) and when they reached near Kuni nullah Amrik Singh lost control over it and they fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

6.      33 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2000/-    was recovered under M.V. Act     during last 24 hours.
