CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 147/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Vill. Gawala PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a jeep (HP01M-1414) met with accident near Kud-Temple and Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh Sansar Chand sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE

2.      Case FIR No. 78/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registred in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he recovered 4000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Ram Piyari W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 239/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jaswant Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today morning at about 07.45 AM a van (HP36A-6158) came very rashly and negligently from Rewalsar side and struck with a bus (HP65-3266) and driver of above mentioned van sustained injuries. HC Kamal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 146/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Satish Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog that today at about 08.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sapnot and during the course of patrolling he found that Chet Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Kandi PO Sapnot  Tehsil Karsog kept & sold liquor illegally in his shop. SI Satish Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 209/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Gushaun Ram R/O Vill. Naulakha PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) on 24/09/13 Amit Lakhanpal S/O Sh. Bansi Lal and Manohar Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ravinder Singh NO. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 208/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lakhbir Singh S/O Sawarn Singh R/O Vill. Shekhowal PO Hebowal Tehsil & Distt. Garhshankar  (Punjab) that today at about 01.45 AM he was going by his car (HR70-7822) and when said car reached near Midway Hotel Slapper, in the mean time an Inova car (CH04J-0606) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with his car and four occupants sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmed I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7.      47  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 400 was recovered during last 24 hours.
