CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR No. 228/13 dated 23/09/13 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhawna Devi W/O Sh. Vidya Sagar R/O DulagDhar PO Dusehra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 22/09/13 at about 10/11 PM Kanoura Ram S/O Late Sh. Sant Ram R/O Banaun Ghuranu PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) tried to steal the cash by breaking the lock of the door of Naina Temple situated at Dulag Dhar . ASI Sushil Kumar I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 229/13 dated 23/09/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Indra Devi W/O of Sh. Mitter Dev R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/09/13 at about 11 AM Bhima came along with her son and obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
3 Case FIR No. 206/13 dated 23/09/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tara Chand I/O of PP Dehar that when he was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he found that Tralla No. (HR69-3092) causing obstruction in traffic and General public. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I/O of P.P Dehar is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
4 47 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6900 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200 -/- was recovered and 1challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
