CASE UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT & THEFT

1.       Case FIR No. 109/13 dated 28/09/13 U/S 32,33,41,42 I.F. Act and U/S 379 IPC has been registered in Police Station Gohar on the complaint of Range Forest Officer, Nachan Forest Range Bassa District Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/13 BO Tunna along with other officials of Forest Department laid a nakka at Kamrunag, in the mean time 7 mules of Bhim Singh, Mohan and Khem Singh came there from Kamrunag jungle side carrying 14 scants of cedar (deodar) and on seeing officials of  forest department they all sped away from the spot. 14 scants of cedar (deodar) are being stolen by them from the Kamrunag jungle were taken in possession having approximately cost of Rs. 40,000/-. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.       Case FIR No. 241/13 date 29/09/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Saula and during the course of patrolling he recovered 250 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rajesh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Dhian Singh R/O Vill. Crust PO Chowki Tehsil & Distt. Hamirpur (HP). HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.       Case FIR No. 245/13 dated 29/09/13 U/S 447,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh VPO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/09/13 Ranvir Singh,  Balwant Singh, Malka Devi and Sangita Devi entered along with JCB with common intention in her land and they also beat her up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.       Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 28/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Lot Ram S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Katwanu PO Thataghanyar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/13 he was going from Katwanu to Banzar by his car (HP34-0652) and when he reached near Manglaur driver Man Singh S/O Sh. Leela Chand R/O Vill.Sudharni PO Khalwan Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) lost control over it and struck the car with a rock and he sustained injuries. HC Narpat Singh No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.       Case FIR No. 235/13 dated 29/09/13 U/S 452,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram@ Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O VPO Sarkidhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/09/13 at about 8 PM Kanshi Ram and his son entered in his shop and they beat him up. ASI Sushil Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

6.       75  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 700 was recovered during last 24 hours.
