CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.    Case FIR No. 226/13 dated 20/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Sandeep Sharma that on 20/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Balt and during the course of patrolling he recovered 11 bottles of English wine,  12 bottles of country liquor and 7 bottles of bear from the possession of Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Vill. Jajrout PO Balt Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sandeep Sharma I. O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER TELEGRAPH ACT

2.    Case FIR No. 205/13 dated 21/09/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S  25 of Telegraph Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Vill. Masog PO Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was infomred by the villagers that  some unknown persons burnt the telephone cables and they also saw three persons sped away towards Jungle side. A Scorpio vehicle ( HP58-3717) was also found parked on the road side and they saw two rolls of telephone cables were kept in side of said Scorpio. ASI Hans Raj Incharge Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

3.    54 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 10,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  11 challans  were  issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 1100 /- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
