CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1.      Case FIR No. 243/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of VPO Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/13 his daughter was kidnapped by some unknown culprits. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 244/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Deep Kumar R/O Vill. Lukhanu PO Khalardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Chint Ram resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 242/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Natha Ram R/O Vill. Lahara PO Narola Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/13 he was travelling by a bus (HP65-2692) and when said bus reached at Plasi a M/Cycle (HP58-2697) came from opposite side and struck with above bus. HC Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 75/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 279 & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam Dass S/O Late Sh. Lakhu Ram VPO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/13 a private bus (DL-1PC-5757) came from Jogindernagar side, hit  with his parked truck (HP29-0657) and  sped away from the spot. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 76/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI  Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 27/09/13 at about 3 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bardhan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7800 ML bear, 9000 ML country liquor. SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI  Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Padhar that on 27/09/13 at about 3 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bardhan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7150 ML bear, 9000 ML country liquor and 8250 ML English wine. SI Vinod Thakur I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No. 211/13 dated 28/09/13 U/S 382,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram S/O Sh. Jiwanoo Ram R/O Vill. Dugla PO Seri Kothi Tehsil & P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 27/09/13 he was carrying cement by his mules at Sabal, in the mean time Tilak Raj and his son Jagdish came there and beat him up and also took away his mules forcibly and also threatened to him. ASI Brij Lal   Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT

8.      Case FIR No. 234/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Late Sh. Paras Ram VPO Leda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/13 he was sitting in his bramda, in the mean time Jagdish and his wife came there and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9.      64  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16100/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 500 was recovered during last 24 hours.
