CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 231/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli that on 13/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baldwara bazaar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP28-7678) came there which was ridden by Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Som Dutt R/O Vill. Samloun PO Bahanu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) and during the course of checking he recovered 10 Gram cannabis (charas) from the dickey of above mentioned M/Cycle. SI Sunil Kumar Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 76/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Chinta Ram W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Harabag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today she was going to Takoli bazaar, in the mean time a car (RJ14-TA-8597) came from Kullu side very rashly and negligently and hit her. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 218/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/09/13 some unknown persons beat up his brother Nihal Singh and he sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 219/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Sagar S/O Sh. Jai Dev R/O VPO Barswahan Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   a bus (HP31-9786) & car (HP33C-0819) were collided with each other due to rash and negligent driving by the drivers of these both vehicles. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT AND HURT  

5.      Case FIR No. 234/13 dated 13/09/13 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the  complaint of Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O VPO Dudar that on 13/09/13 some unknown persons terrified her and she ran from the spot due to which she fell-done and sustained injures. HC Dura Dass I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No 140/13 dated 13/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O Vill. Mohata PO Jassal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/09/13 a tempo (HP30-2276) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver Dharam Pal. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR No. 138/13 dated 13/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Late Sh. Nag Raj R/O Vill. Chulla PO Tulah Tehsil & P.S. Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/09/13 at about 08.45 AM she was going by a   (CH01AK-6218)  which was ridden by Gaurav S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Vill. Pahloon PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and when said M/Cycle reached near Tullah Bus Stop rider of M/Cycle lost control over it and fell down on the road. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.   

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

8.      Case FIR No. 197/13 dated 14/08/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41 & 42 I.F. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Lalit Kumar No. 76 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today morning at about 09.45 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropari and during the course of patrolling  checking of a Haryana Roadways  bus (HR68A-1178) was carried out and he recovered 20 KG 200 Grams forest produce (Nag Chhattari) from the possession of Selang Lama S/O Sh. Guru Lama VPO Bran Tehsil Manali Distt. Kullu (HP). HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9.      Case FIR No. 198/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 39 of I.F. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob.) Surender Kumar that on 14/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropari near Harabag and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9000 ML English wine from the possession of  Hem Singh S/O Sh. Upender Singh VPO Kaloud Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10.  Case FIR No. 199/13 dated 14/09/13 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Devi Sharma R/O Vill. Jaral PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/09/13 Babu Ram entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge Police Post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

11.  Case FIR No. 71/13 dated 13/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that on 13/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ghatasani and during the course of patrolling he recovered 20000 ML Lahan from the possession of Usha Devi W/O Sh. Mahender Singh VPO Thartukod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

12.  86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
