CRIME REPORT 22 SEP

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1.     Case FIR No. 236/13 dated 21/09/13 U/S 498A, 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Late Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Sain PO Surari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that her daughter was harassed mentally and physically by her husband Tek Chand, Jeth Chandermani, Jethani Himbri Devi and mother-in-law Nira due to which her daughter Rulamnai committed suicide. SI (Prob.) Kulwant Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 237/13 dated 21/09/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Kripa Ram R/O Vill. Dhanog PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/09/13 Puran Chand resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shesh Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 21/09/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Jaisi Ram R/O Vill. Middhar PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/09/13 Binu S/O Sh. Nand Lal Verma VPO Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) and  his brother Kamal Kishore beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No. 236/13 dated 21/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Tej Kala W/O Sh. Dhani Ram VPO Jamani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was going by a M/Cycle (HP287341) towards Rakhota which was driven by her son Virender Kumar. On the way a Jeep (HP28-6729) came from opposite side very rashly which was driven by driver Brij Lal and struck with their M/Cycle due to which she along with her son Virender Kumar sustained injuries. SI Parshotam I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5.     55 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 5600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  1 challan  was   issued under COPTA  & fine of  Rs. 100 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
