CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1.     Case FIR No. 148/13 dated 27/09/13 u/s 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Shouni Devi W/O Sh. Kansi Ram R/O Vill. Nayara PO & Tehsil Krsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that that Vikash S/O Sh. Nanak Chand resident of the same locality kidnapped her son Yog Raj. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 149/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 323,325  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Parma Nand S/O Sh. Budhi Ram R/O Vill. Munger PO Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  23/09/13 Savina resident of Munger beat him up on 23/09/13 and he sustained injuries. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 233/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 379,380,406,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Mangal Ram R/O Vill. Syanh PO Lohara Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that Ram Singh, Kala Ram and Puran Chand cut down the popular trees from the land jointly possessed by him and Ram Singh. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER PROTECTION OF WILD LIFE ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 149/13 dated 26/09/13 U/S 51 of Wild Life Protection Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Vishal Rathore I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 26/09/13 he along with other police officials were on patrolling under the command of Inspr. Amar Singh SHO P.S. Jogindernagar at Gumma and during the course of patrolling he recovered a skin of leopard from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Surinder Pal VPO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vishal Rathore I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 240/13 dated 27/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Parshotam that on 27/09/13 at about 12.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Rakhauta and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8250 ML country liquor from the possession of Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Rakhota PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Parshotam I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.     51  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 200 was recovered during last 24 hours.
